What is the traditional turkey brine recipe?

Brining turkeymy family always tries to make turkey, and they always soak it and marinade it in brine, and it always turns out discusting! what is your favorate, or traditional recipie for making an amazing thanksgiving turkey?

    Don’t brine. Rinse and dry then slather with butter and good quality evoo. Salt and pepper inside and out then sprinkle with lots of fresh herbs. Bake at 350 degrees till internal temp. is 165. Baste often.
