Can anyone tell me if I have to cover a whole (11 #) turkey with foil while roasting it in the oven? I’m not sure if I should cover it for the entire time, just part of the time, or not at all. Turkey roasting time adjustments if basting?

My bird will take aproximately 4 1/2 hrs to roast, stuffed. (It’s about 15 lbs.)
