Rollerblading for Beginners Part 2

Hi, I’m Donna Webber and I want to thank you for checking out this rollerblading for beginners, part 2 video. This video instructs people on what you should do after you buy your rollerblades. You will get the next steps to take first before putting the skates on. Then there are tips on what to expect when you first start rollerblading and how to prepare for that first stroll on your new rollerblades. You will be given simple exercises to do before rollerblading that mirror the movements of rollerblading so you can get an idea what to do when you are ready to take the blades to the streets.

Good for you to get started! Your back should be bent forward. when yhou are rollerblading, your profile should line up almost like a lightning bolt. It is important that you bend your knees and the back will automatically lean forward. Thanks for the compliment and I’m not going anywhere. Lots of stuff coming so stay tuned! Donna
